Book Trailer - Crossed

Crossed (Matched, #2)Crossed - Ally Condie
Release Date: November 1, 2011
(Goodreads/ Amazon)

The hotly awaited second book in the dystopian Matched trilogy
In search of a future that may not exist and faced with the decision of who to share it with, Cassia journeys to the Outer Provinces in pursuit of Ky - taken by the Society to his certain death - only to find that he has escaped, leaving a series of clues in his wake.
Cassia's quest leads her to question much of what she holds dear, even as she finds glimmers of a different life across the border. But as Cassia nears resolve and certainty about her future with Ky, an invitation for rebellion, an unexpected betrayal, and a surprise visit from Xander - who may hold the key to the uprising and, still, to Cassia's heart - change the game once again. Nothing is as expected on the edge of Society, where crosses and double crosses make the path more twisted than ever.

Book Trailer:

I'm sure that we are all familiar with Matched by Ally Condie. I remember when Matched first came out around this time last year. Everyone was so excited for it and there was so much hype surrounding it. Sadly, I still haven't gotten around to reading it. Part of the reason why, is the mixed reviews it received which kind of pushed it back on my TBR pile. But now that Crossed is coming out, I'm getting excited about finally reading this series all over again! The cover to Matched was gorgeous but I think Crossed is even nicer. I really love the blue colour and how the girl on the cover is breaking out of her little glass prison. Really intriguing cover and the trailer is no less. Can't wait to read this series!
